Here is a gentle, self-paced online workshop designed for conscious parents and those preparing for parenthood to explore and honour the beginning of their story.
Through guided prompts and reflective practices, you’ll be supported to write your birth story — or your child’s — with intention, awareness, and care. This process invites you to uncover the deeper imprints, patterns, and wisdom held within your beginning, so you can move forward with greater clarity in how you nurture, connect, and create.

Growing up my mother and grandmother would always look to the wisdom of herbs, flowers and essential oils they create to assist with our health and well-being. As a mother myself I too followed in their footsteps and have always used essential oils to nurture my own children and the children in my classroom and learning environments. So it is with much love and a lot of years researching and implementing the health benefits of herbs and flowers that I bring to you this ‘Brave’ essence.
