Motherhood invites us into one of the deepest journeys of self-discovery. In this workshop, Stephanie Jane guides mothers to explore how their own birth story, early imprints, and nervous system patterns may be shaping the way they parent, connect, respond, and relate to their child.
To truly understand our child’s birth story and the imprints it may carry, we must first be willing to understand our own. The way we were welcomed into the world can quietly shape our beliefs around safety, connection, love, trust, expression, and belonging — influencing not only how we move through life, but how we mother.
Through the lens of birth imprints, co-regulation, and conscious parenting, mothers will begin to understand their child’s behaviours not as problems to fix, but as communication to be understood. This workshop supports mothers to recognise the difference between parenting from inherited patterns and parenting in response to the unique emotional, sensory, and developmental needs of their individual child.
By bringing awareness to both their own story and their child’s, mothers can begin to parent with greater presence, compassion, and attunement — creating deeper connection and emotional safety within the family dynamic.
Blending storytelling, nervous system education, reflection, and connection, this is a nurturing space for mothers who long to raise emotionally secure children while evolving alongside them.
Perfect for mothers wanting to better understand themselves, their child, and the unseen stories shaping their family dynamic.
