This Birth Story workshop guides you in gentle ways to connect and record the true essence and sacredness of birth.

We gather together at Heart and Soul of Wellness in a safe and sacred space over 2 hours to write and represent all that transpired during either your birth or the birth of a child. I gently guide you into aspects of birth that you can honour throughout your sacred birth story and ways to communicate and express this with reverence and love. All you need to bring is a blanket, mat and comfy cushion to keep you warm and cosy.

Once you have purchased your ticket you will receive some information on how to prepare for it.
