Come and join Jodie from Yin Empress Healing and I on a Seasons adventure, where we explore and celebrate our connections through sound.
The workshop aims to engage the children in many different ways in which we are connected to the world we live in from birth. Suitable for ages 5-12 years
The workshop will include:
- Storytelling and sharing circle
- Exploration of the Seasons and which one we were born into and how they contribute to our daily lives
- Interactive activities that explore our connections to the Seasons (including farm tour and interaction with the animals and plants)
- Exploration and celebration through sound and song
- Mindfulness meditation in the hammocks, hosted by Jodie from Yin Empress Healing
- Healthy snacks
What you need to bring:
- Healthy Lunch
- Water bottle
- Hat and preferred sunscreen
- Appropriate clothing for the intended weather
- Enclosed footwear
- Isha Soul Seed’s ‘My Birth Story Connections’ booklet, only if you have been to a previous workshop and have a copy. Otherwise, one will be provided for you.
